November 15
- 08:00: trip on bus to the Bodegas (“Elciego” Village)
- 12:00: visit of the Bodegas Marques de Riscal
- 14:00: lunch at the Hotel Marques de Riscal
- 16:30: excursion in the area around the Bodegas (“Elciego” Village)
- 20:30: light snacks in the Village
- 23:00: back to the hotel
November 16
- 08:00: breakfast at the hotel
- 09:00: check-out and trip on bus up to the city of Burgos, where we will visit the Gothic Cathedral and old Burgos
- 13:30: lunch (Hostal Landa, typical local plates, suggestion to be confirmed)
- 16:00: trip back to Madrid
- 18:00: arrival in Madrid (according to traffic). Then, free afternoon and free night (except if a majority applies for an organized dinner)
November 17
- 11:00: private visit of the Prado Museum
- 13:00: lunch (place to determine)
- 15:30: according to everyone’s schedule, shopping, trip back home …
The price for a double bedroom at the hotel Marques de Riscal amounts to € 375, 00 + 7% VAT, breakfast included (very special offer if we confirm before end of May).
The lunch at the Hotel Marques de Riscal will cost € 60, 00 + 7% VAT + wines
The Bodegas charge € 10,00 per person for the visit of the vine-cellars
If everybody wants to stay in the same hotel in Madrid, I could facilitate a reservation if necessary.
